The Info Day will take place on 6 May 2025 (9:00 – 16:00), both onsite in the Charlemagne building (Brussels) and online. The web streaming link for online participants will be made available on this page closer to the event.

Cluster 5 work programme 2025

The publication of the Cluster 5 work programme 2025 is expected in April. The work programme text will be made available through a pre-publication a couple of weeks before the official publication date (exact timing not yet known). It will be added to the ‘Documents’ section below as soon as available.

Questions on work programme topics

The Info Day 2025 aims to be more interactive than in previous years. As the work programme will have been made public ahead of the event, there will be no in-depth presentations of each topic. Parallel sessions will instead focus on audience discussion and Q&As on the work programme topics.

Onsite participants will have an opportunity to address questions in person to the speakers, or via an interactive Slido Q&A that will be available also for online attendees. The Slido Q&A platform will be accessible as soon as the work programme is published, allowing for submission of questions in advance of the event.

Brokerage event

Following the Info Day, an onsite brokerage event will take place in the same premises at 16:00 to 19:00. Organised by the GREENET project, the network of Cluster 5 National Contact Points (NCP), the brokerage event will facilitate networking opportunities for prospective project partners. Participants looking for partners will have the possibility to present their organisation and project ideas at a plenary pitching session and in dedicated bilateral meetings organised by topic.

Registration for the brokerage event is open until 11 April. Organisations interested in participating in the pitching session should send their presentation by 14 April (see link below for more details).

Important note: Only participants who have registered and been accepted for ONSITE attendance at the Info Day can participate in the brokerage event.
