The UK Research Office (UKRO), in its capacity as UK National Contact Point for the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), held a series of information webinars for organisations and individuals interested in applying to the MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships 2023 call (deadline on 13 September 2023).

The UKRI Horizon Europe Guarantee has been extended to cover calls with a final deadline on or before 30 September. The 2023 MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships Call is thus covered by the Guarantee.

Postdoctoral Fellowships under MSCA

Postdoctoral Fellowships help experienced researchers advance their careers and gain new skills through training, international, intersectoral and international mobility.

Postdoctoral Fellowships are aimed at researchers who are already in possession of a doctoral degree, and at the call deadline have a maximum of 8 years of full-time equivalent research experience. Career breaks, time spent outside/not on research-related activities, part-time working, time spent outside of the EU (for reintegrating researchers), and refugee status will be taken into consideration.
