Reminder: COST Open Call 2023

The Open Call for new COST Action proposals is due to close on 25 October 2023.

The European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) is an EU-funded programme which provides researchers and innovators with funding to set up interconnected, interdisciplinary and collaborative research networks in Europe and beyond.

By focusing on and funding these network activities, COST Actions support investigators from the academic and non-academic sectors in setting up their individual research networks to investigate a research topic of their choice for four years.

There are multiple ways to get involved in a COST Action, as recently outlined in an UKRO webinar series. Applicants are reminded, however, that proposals for new actions must be submitted by 25 October.

As well as the UKRO resources dedicated to the programme, the COST Association has published a variety of support material, including a poster and a video outlining the ‘top tips’ for winning COST funding.

Further queries regarding the COST programme can be directed to the UK CNC via the following email: cost.ukcnc@dsit.gov.uk.
