The 2024 MSCA Staff Exchanges Call is Open

The Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Staff Exchanges (SE) 2024 call is now open for applications. The 2024 call has a deadline of 17:00 CET on 5 February 2025.

The relevant guidance and the submission link for this call can be found on the MSCA SE call website. Both the call webpage and the MSCA Matchmaking platform provide an opportunity to find partners for collaborating on an MSCA Staff Exchanges Project.

The 2024 Staff Exchanges budget has increased by 20% from 2023, with a total of €95.5 million allocated to fund around 90 Staff Exchange projects. REA also recently announced the launch of a new co-funding scheme by India’s Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) that will boost EU-India R&I cooperation under the MSCA Staff Exchanges.

The MSCA SE Scheme

This scheme funds collaborative research and innovation projects which involve organisations from the academic and non-academic sectors (including SMEs) from across the globe. The Staff Exchanges promote international, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary mobility of research and innovation staff leading to the sharing of knowledge and best practices.

This scheme is open to all subject areas and sets out to foster a shared culture of research and innovation as well as to support creativity and entrepreneurship. The call supports researchers, and technical, administrative, and managerial staff.
